This poll goes along with the others to help define the battle map itself. I did not specify the size of each battle “square”, only the number of “squares” to be used.
These are the only choices I could come up with logically. If someone has any other suggestions please post them being as specific as possible.
The idea is to come up with a map to use for the battle itself. Each “square” representing a battle “square”, the size of which is being defined via other poll.
Time to close this poll. Disappointing response, but what the heck.
Here are the results:
What size map should be used for the battlefield itself?
- 3 rows by 5 columns with a row of reserves in the back. (The same as the BRRB (pg 68) and BRCS-playtest (pg 126). [ 1 ] [11.11%]
- No set limit. Use a grid map with the total battlefield area defined by the DM based on the circumstances. (no set reserve area) [ 8 ] [88.89%]
- Other - please be as specific as possible [ 0 ] [0.00%]
- Abstain [ 0 ] [0.00%]
Total Votes: 9
Looks like those who voted overwhelmingly prefer a loose sized battle mat using a standard sized grid map.
Very low response total though
