Does anyone have a program that helps a regent determine his income, expenses etc?
I recall a PBEM having a MS works? spreadsheet that was handy.
I did a spreadsheet one for my game:

Look down to the “Additional Resources” section.
It’s not very good, but it might give you a basis to make a better one…
