I have to agree with Dave Brown: if guilders are making too much money
for the province/kingdom rulers’ taste, put the squeeze on them. Shut down
their trade routes, “pillage” their holdings, whatever you feel like.
On a separate question: for a new product, how about more on monsters in
Cerilia? Are all/some/none of the “fantastic” monsters (unicorns, vampires,
minotaurs, et cetera) awnshegh/ehrshegh? How about more on goblins and
orogs, and their kingdoms? Even some pre-made regional random encounter
tables would be neat. More on elves and dwarves would be nice.

I second this maybe a book Called the Races of Cerelia containing all
the races from the lowest monster to the best PC race.
