Well, we talked about him. Why not do a page about him? He’s lesser awnie, so he’s technically not decidedly official.
I have a new blood power for him …
Hammer Time (Minor Time Stop)
Jacques “The Hammer” Marteaux once per day can perform an amazingly powerful time stop that works a bit differently than the wizard spell. Everything within 100 yards of him freezes in time for 30 seconds.
Everyone within the 100 yards are aware of the passage of time but can not move or interact with anyone else in the field. Jacques on the other hand can move and react as normal inside the field.
During the 30 seconds “The Hammer” enters into a dancing frenzy running around and mocking all of his enemies with his smooth dance moves. At the end of the 30 seconds, time returns to normal but all enemies of The Hammer are effect by a -2 moral bonus on all rolls including attack, damage, AC and saves until the end of the encounter.
The biggest question so far is … have I gone too far yet?
I believe the correct responce is: “Proper.”

Clearly however he also needs a power to make himself insubstantial (yet audible) so that indeed, ‘you can’t touch this’.

My idea is that Bloodform will start making his hands or feet into hammers/punding things and that he will eventually be able to do tricks like mini earthquakes etc. That’s what happens if you jump around too much like a jackhammer.

I have seen that character before. He was called Rumble and was a Transformer.

There are also various Superheroes/Villians who can do it, but I can’t think of their names. I think one was an X-Men opponent.

How about instead Invulnerability (the blood ability) to physical, ranged or magical attacks for 30 second when dancing. He can only sing and taunt while dancing. Any offensive or spell-casting maneouver will nullify the Invulnerability.
So he can dance his way away from combat, though with his following of Belinik and his alignment (I suggest CN), I doubt he will do that much when he can simply declare “Hammer Time”.
Also, Charm Aura can be used during this time to scare some of the audience, though that is never his intention (cause he’s got style!). He is simply trying to charm them instead.

Maybe it can also slow everyone else down so no one can keep up with his dancing.
